Rauline Ochs, Senior Vice President and General ManagerRauline Ochs brings more than 23 years of experience building technology sales, marketing, distribution and operations teams. As Senior Vice President and General Manager at IPED, she is responsible for the operations, management, strategy and execution of IPED's worldwide channel intelligence, consulting and education services.
Ochs is an industry veteran holding executive channel chief positions with the IBM corporation, BEA Systems and Oracle. Her most recent assignment was executive vice president at Safeco Insurance where she led corporate marketing, distribution and sales with responsibility for 8,500 independent agents.
A native Californian, Ochs holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Ryan Morris, Practice Director, WW Channel Development & EducationRyan Morris has more than 15 years experience in marketing, sales, and management in the technology industry focused on building multi-tier channel programs and solutions. Morris has worked with leading vendors including Microsoft, IBM, HP, EMC, Symantec, Oracle, Cisco and many others to design the "channel of the future" and develop go-to-market strategies that thrive in new market conditions.
As a leading voice on best practices, Morris translates channel strategy into actual sales results through effective implementation and execution. He has gained a detailed understanding of critical business issues and how to maximize growth and profitability through face-to-face experience with thousands of solution providers.
Morris is a nationally recognized sales trainer and business management speaker. His services are in demand by Fortune 500 firms and startups alike.
John Machado, Business Development Director
John Machado is responsible for business development, new product development, and strategic growth. As Director of Business Development Machado oversees the sales team, anticipates trends and needs in the market, and develops products and programs accordingly. As a member of the executive team, Machado collaborates on strategic operations and program innovation.
Previously, Machado drove strategic channel development for leading IT vendors as Senior Engagement Manager with UBM Channel. Before joining UBM Channel Machado was Director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Verisity.

Dana Jackson, Senior Research ManagerAs Senior Research Manager at UBM Channel, Dana oversees the primary research process and data delivery to support IPED's consulting, training and syndicated research business.
Dana's professional background includes more than 13 years of market research, including panel management, research design, field management, and data analysis. Formerly, she held various roles as analyst and research manager at IDC, where she managed a technology user research panel and published numerous research studies on emerging wireless applications, mobile user behavior, market segmentation analyses, and consumer IT purchasing trends. She also worked at online community provider Communispace Corp., where she managed community membership alliances and at Carbonview Research as manager of the company's consumer panel.
Dana has a Master of Science degree in Marketing Analytics from Bentley College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Northeastern University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family in the Worcester, MA area where she currently resides.
Mark Williams, Senior ConsultantMark is a seasoned channel, sales and marketing executive with over 20 years of operational experience helping large and small companies generate greater revenue through direct and indirect channels. He has had the unique experience of leading teams on the sales as well as strategic marketing side of organizations. Throughout his career, Mark has been responsible for developing channel strategies, defining channel programs as well as leading sales teams to drive revenue.
Before his involvement with IPED, Mark was Vice President of Americas Sales at BakBone Software responsible for all revenue from the Americas.
Prior to BakBone, Mark was Vice President of Global Field Operations and Vice President of Marketing at Vignette responsible for developing direct and indirect channel sales strategies, programs and operational management across all major geographies plus management of corporate, field and partner marketing. Mark also spent 11 years at IBM where he was the Director of Partner Marketing responsible for managing the global go- to-market strategies for all software brands which included developing channel readiness, partner recruitment, partner enablement, and channel marketing programs.
Mark earned a B.A. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and spent his early career as a software developer and development project manager.
